They talked,they planned their dream
Understanding their vision they pursued as a team
With their passion of horses they began to pursue
Following every call of a horse needing a shoe
Relentless hours,but time well spent
Couldn't be happier,comparable to a Country Gent
First came horses,then came cattle
Understanding Mother Nature, they would do battle
The sight of their cows grazing in Knee high grass
To the two of them,their lives were filled with class
Riding through and caring for their small herd
Thinking of taking a day-off would be absurd
Next came the idea of a family hay business
Where will you find time,friends would say
As they would answer and offer a smile
Once again knowing it may take awhile
Jim & Joy Townsend as they are known
But yet including Jenna and Jacque'
Their two daughters of which they've clone.
